Curried Deviled Eggs

Curried Deviled Eggs make a great lunch or Snack. They’re Perfect for when you’re craving carbs or need a quick protein boost. Add celery or onion to mix it up a little. I pre boil eggs for the week. They make a great grab and go snack.

Quick Tip: If you let the eggs soak in cold water after cooking, they are a lot easier to peel.


4 Hard Boiled Eggs

3 Tsp Mayonnaise

2 Tsp Curry Powder

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Paprika (for garnish)


1. Cut boiled and cooled, eggs in half. Remove the yolks and put into a bowl.

2. Add the mayonnaise, salt and curry powder.

3. Stir until smooth then return to egg whites.

4. Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika.
