They use Wheat Flour as a filler, when they make imitation Crab. Lots of Sushi Restaurants use imitation, so make sure you ask before ordering the California Roll.
3. Canned Soups
Almost all canned soups have some sort of wheat noodle or wheat flour thickener.
4. Ice Cream and Ice Cream Cakes
Most Ice Cream Cakes and some Ice Creams have some sort of cookie or cookie dough in them.
5. Rice Crackers
Just because it says made with rice, doesn’t mean they don’t use wheat flour as well. Always read the labels to make sure.
