Rice Pudding With Brown Sugar And Dates


This Simple Gluten Free dessert is a great way to use up your leftover rice.  It also makes a delicious breakfast. Serve it warm with a little milk.


2 Cups of Cooked White Rice

1 Cup of Milk

2 Eggs

3/4 Cup of Dates

1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Tsp Cinnamon


1. Pre heat oven to 350 F

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix rice, milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.

3. Add the dates and cinnamon, then stir until well combined.

4. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.

5. Bake for 45-50 minutes
