  1. Yes I have used Bob’s. It has worked like regular flour for the things I have used it for. It’s a little more expensive so I only use it for things that didn’t need a lot of flour. It actually looked and tasted better than regular wheat flour, when I used it for fish batter. I also mix a little into my rice flour mixture just to give a little boost.
