Vanilla Chai Protein Shake
This simple Vanilla Chai Protein Shake is so easy to make and tastes incredible. All you have to do is put some Chai Tea Bags in a Jar (or covered Glass) of Milk, then leave it in the Fridge Overnight. Then mix with your favorite Vanilla Protein Powder for a deliciously Chai Flavored Protein Shake. It’s perfect for an on the go breakfast or for your pre/after work out Protein boost.
2 Chai Tea Bags
1/2 Cup of Milk (you can use almond or rice milk if you prefer)
2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
1. Place tea bags into a jar or glass of milk. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
2. Remove the tea bags from the milk. Then blend with protein powder in a blender until smooth.
This recipe will make 1 Protein Shake.
