There’s no waiting around for dough to rise and they’re a great alternative to expensive store bought Gluten Free Buns. I sometimes Smother my Biscuits with Cheddar Cheese before baking, it makes a little more moist and flavourful. The recipe I usually use when I need to make something Delicious Quickly, is my Tea Biscuit Cinnamon Rolls. People are always amazed how quickly they’re made. Gluten Free Tea Biscuits
1 1/2 Cups Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
3 Tsp Baking Powder
5 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Cup Milk
1. Pre heat oven to 450 F
2. In a large bowl, cut butter into flour, starch and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Add milk and mix until a dough forms.
4. Using a rolling pin, roll out dough on a floured surface. Using a round cookie cutter or a cup, cut out biscuits.
5. Place onto an ungreased baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
