Sautéed Shrimp and Artichokes

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ Lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 6 oz Jar Artichoke Hearts
  • ½ Tsp Dried Basil
  • 3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  1. In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and lemon juice. Let simmer on low for 2 minutes then add the shrimp. Once the shrimp is cooked, add the artichoke hearts and let simmer for another few minutes.
  2. Add the heavy cream then stir until well combined. Let simmer for 2-3 more minutes. Toss in the parmesan cheese. Serve in a sizzling hot skillet or on top of pasta.
