Ingredients
  • 2 Chai Tea Bags
  • 2 Cup of Milk (you can use almond or rice milk if you prefer)
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
Instructions
  1. Place tea bags into a jar or glass of milk. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Remove the tea bags from the milk. Then blend with protein powder in a blender until smooth.
  3. This recipe will make 1 Protein Shake.
