Gluten Free Raspberry Waffles

Serves: 8 Waffles
- 2 Cups Rice Flour
- 1 Cup Potato Starch
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ Cup Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ Cup Milk
- ¾ Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the rice flour, potato starch, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter, eggs and milk. Mix until well combined. Gently mix in the raspberries, just until incorporated.
- Cook the Gluten Free Raspberry Waffles in a well oiled waffle maker, until golden brown.
