WHAT IS THE KETOGENIC DIET?
The ketogenic diet (often called keto) is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares similarities to paleo, Whole30, and Atkins. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake, and replacing it with fat. When your body switches to burning fat for its primary fuel source, that’s when you hit ketosis.
While on the Keto diet you’re supposed to get at least 70 percent of your calories from fat, 15 to 25 percent from protein, and 10 percent from carbohydrates. You’re supposed to avoid all grains, legumes, root vegetables, fruit, (except berries) and sugar.

I made these this morning. The taste was excellent. I try to be pretty strict about my measurements. 2 cups of shredded cabbage has a pretty high margin of error depending how much the vegetables are compressed and how finely they are shredded. I think of was overly cautious in my measurement because I didn’t want to use too much. It lead to too much egg and too little cabbage. Is there any way you could update the recipe to estimate grams. I just feel more comfortable basing my measurements off of weight to get a more accurate carb and calorie count. I will probably play around with the weights based on how much in can fit into the measuring cup and see if I find an amount I like that can be consistent with. Thank you again for the amazing and simple recipe I will definitely use it often.
