- 6 Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- 1/2 Cup Chicken cooked
- 4 Slices Bacon cooked
- 1 Tbsp Ranch
- 1/4 Cup Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp Guacamole
- 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper (Not Waxed paper). Spread the 6 slices of cheese out onto the pan with the edges touching in 3 rows of 2. Bake the cheese for 4 - 6 minutes or until the edges start to turn brown.
Let the Cheese tortilla cool for a few minutes, then spread the guacamole on one edge of the cheese wrap. Spread the lettuce over the guacamole, then cover with the cooked chicken and bacon. Cover with the cheddar slices, then spread the ranch dressing on the opposite edge of the wrap. Tightly roll the wrap from the edge with the filling on it, using the ranch dressing to help seal the wrap tightly.
