- 2 Cans Crab Meat
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- for the Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tsp Garlic minced
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Drain the liquid off of the canned crab, then add the crab meat to a mixing bowl. Add the egg, minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, melted butter, coconut flour (or bread crumbs) and onion powder. Mix until very well combined.
Preheat your waffle iron, then lightly grease it. Divide the crab mixture into portions (4-8 depending on size of your waffle maker). Cook each of the crab waffles until golden brown. Serve with a side of Garlic Mayo Dip and a slice of Lemon.
To Make the Garlic Sauce: Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, minced garlic and salt. Stir until smooth.
