Can you use reg flour instead of rice flour
officially gluten free
Yes you can. You will probably need just a little less regular flour than the recipe calls for. You tend to need to add a little extra when using gluten free flour.

When you put the oven on to ‘broil’ what does that mean, settings wise?
officially gluten free
Your oven should have a broil setting which only uses the top element at a high heat. If it doesn’t have a broil setting, just use 500 F if you can.

I just made mine unfortunately they didn’t seem to work out I found I had to add rice flour as dough was very sticky before it got to the right consistenty I used corn flour is that the same as corn starch…. That could be the problem
