- Spring Mix (or Lettuce)
- Cooked Shredded Chicken
- Franks Red Hot Sauce
- Melted Butter
- Avocado
- Limes or Lime Juice
- Water
- Olive Oil
- Salt
How to Make a Keto Buffalo Chicken Salad
To make this easy Buffalo Chicken Salad With Avocado Lime Dressing:
Step 1: Start by preheating oven to 400 F. In a small bowl mix the hot sauce and butter together. Pour over the shredded chicken. Then mix until the chicken is well coated. Place the chicken into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, stirring half way.
Step 2: In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado, lime juice, water, olive oil and salt until smooth.
Step 3: Place the washed spring mix onto the plates, then add the hot buffalo chicken on top. Serve with the avocado lime dressing and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
