To make this delicious low carb salad you’ll need:

  • Spring Mix (or Lettuce)
  • Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • Melted Butter
  • Avocado
  • Limes or Lime Juice
  • Water
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

How to Make a Keto Buffalo Chicken Salad

To make this easy Buffalo Chicken Salad With Avocado Lime Dressing:

Step 1: Start by preheating oven to 400 F. In a small bowl mix the hot sauce and butter together. Pour over the shredded chicken. Then mix until the chicken is well coated. Place the chicken into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, stirring half way.

Step 2: In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado, lime juice, water, olive oil and salt until smooth.

Step 3: Place the washed spring mix onto the plates, then add the hot buffalo chicken on top. Serve with the avocado lime dressing and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

WHAT IS THE KETOGENIC DIET?

If you haven’t heard of The ketogenic diet (often called keto), it’s a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares similarities to paleo, Whole30, and Atkins. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake, and replacing it with fat.
