Hi Bev, yes, you could definitely use an other kind of gluten free flour instead of the rice flour.

Have you any recommendations for an egg substitute for this recipe?
officially gluten free
You could try a flax egg, which is 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbsp of water. Or you could try using a couple of spoonfuls of Apple sauce. Hope that helps.
Leslie
Do you have a substitute for corn starch? Would arrowroot work? We can’t do corn. Thanks!
officially gluten free
Yes, I would use arrowroot, tapioca or potato starch.

This is easy and good. My two favorite characteristics when trying new recipes. The only downside is that I’m eating way too much of it. 🙂

officially gluten free
Yes you can.

I used Truvia sweetener and Truvia brown sugar blend along with gluten free flour. My husband is diabetic and gluten intolerant. I hope I did it right. It was delicious and will do it again
