Vanilla Chai Protein Shake

This Vanilla Chai Protein Shake is simple, yet Delicious. I love absolutely anything Chai Flavoured, especially Vanilla Chai Favoured. A couple of years ago I discovered Protein Shakes.  They’ve help me immensely in my weight loss journey and they taste as good as a milkshake. What’s not to like about that. They’re perfect for on the go or when you just need a quick protein boost.

Vanilla is one of my absolute favourite Protein Powder Flavours. So I thought I’d try making it even better by adding my favourite tea flavour to it, to make a Vanilla Chai Protein Shake. I threw a couple tea bags into a bit of milk and kept it in the fridge over night. In the morning I removed the teabags then added the Chai flavoured milk to my regular protein shake. What resulted was AMAZING! Me new Fav!!!

To make this delicious Vanilla Chai Protein Shake, All you have to do is put some Chai Tea Bags in a Jar (or covered Glass) of Milk. Then leave it in the Fridge Overnight. Then just mix with your favorite Vanilla Protein Powder for a deliciously Chai Flavoured Protein Shake. It’s perfect for an on the go breakfast or for your pre/after work out Protein boost.

Ingredients

2 Chai Tea Bags

2 Cups Milk (you can use almond or rice milk if you prefer)

2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein

Directions

1. Place tea bags into a jar or glass of milk. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

2. Remove the tea bags from the milk. Then blend with protein powder in a blender until smooth.

This recipe will make 1 Protein Shake.

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

This delicious Peanut Butter Banana Protein shake is my favorite way to get the Protein I need before or after a workout. Protein Shakes are also my go to snack when I’m in a hurry or just don’t feel like cooking anything.  They’re so easy to make and the protein powder gives me more energy than a regular smoothie would.  Not to mention it tastes just like a creamy milkshake.

Ingredients

2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder

1/2 of a Banana

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup of Milk of any type or Water.

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.

This Recipe makes 1 Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie.

My Absolute favorite Gluten Free Protein Powder is Kaizen Natural Whey. All of the flavors taste great and they’re all sweetened with Stevia. The Chocolate Powder has 24 g of protein in 1 Scoop.

Do you have a favorite Protein Powder? Let us know in the comments. We’d love a few more good brands to try.

Have you tried this everything mashed potato flatbread yet?
